The firm has considerable expertise in representing clients in all types of contractual claim and disputes arising from the entry into and dissolution of commercial agreements, including agency and distribution, licensing and franchising, shareholder, partnership and joint venture agreements. We also undertake the enforcement of judgments obtained abroad in Greece as well as debt recovery proceedings.
We have developed an extensive practice in labour related disputes, including unfair dismissal and compensation claims, breach of collective labour agreements, redundancy and equal treatment claims. We have considerable experience in the drafting and negotiation of collective labour agreements and in the handling of disputes arising from such agreements through mediation and arbitration.
