TAKIS (PANAGIOTIS) G. KOMMATAS
Takis Kommatas is the founder and managing partner of T.G. Kommatas & Associates Law Offices. He graduated from the University of Athens, School of Law with an LL.B. in 1969 and was admitted to the Athens Bar Association in 1971 and the Supreme Court in 1980. He served as the general counsel of Barclays Bank plc in Greece from 1990 until 2001 and as the general counsel of HSBC's brokerage arm in Greece from 2001 until 2006. In June 2009 he was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission.
